Just as wood. Same tools, fixing systems, finishing.

Yes, however a proper finishing for better preservation is always recommended.
Yes, just like other wood base materials, if they are poorly stored and assembled.
FORESCOLOR is a product for internal applciations, it is moisture resistance but not water resistant.
Yes there are, due to wood and organic dyes. But color tone is within controlled range.
Sand it and apply finishing again*.
* depends on type of finishing and how severe is the scratch Wax/oil + superficial scratches = just finishing maintenance without sanding.
With glue for wood (transparent) mixed with the dust from the board.
FORESCOLOR is non toxic. It produced with organic dyes and formaldehyde emissions are within limits set by European standards.

FORESCOLOR can be routed by CNC machine, laser cut, laser engraved, sand blasted and printable.
